Now, I may be in France, but that is not to say I have not enjoyed some amazing Swiss chocolate. While on my first field trip I needed a pick-me-up. So, I decided to go to 'Le Petit Casino'; No, it's not a casino, the title will lead you astray. Its merely a French grocery store chain. There I picked up possibly some of the best dark chocoate I have ever had. It has the perfect texture, not too soft, not too hard. Its flavor is one hundred percent creamy while being one hundred percent dark chocolaty too! Very hard to explain...I will just have to bring some back for you all to enjoy!
