Sunday morning me and Stephen wanted to visit the Anglican Church. However, when we got there, we found out that there was no service because there was a confirmation going on with the American church. So, we quickly changed plans....we began walking...we tried to use the bathrooms in the Four Seasons...we sat in the Hotel Bristol Lobby for a while, just to see how long they would let us sit there....and then, we had a briliant idea. We decided to rent bicyles.
They required a 20 euro deposit for four hours of free riding! So we rented bikes and rode all around the city, for three hours! We rode on each side of the lake, through the botanical gardens and over to the market. We bought a baguette, some strange cheese, dried tomates, olives and some juice and headed to the park. We dropped our bikes off and enjoyed our picnic. So, a Sunday morning trip to church turned into a bicycle tour of Geneva. Quelle chance!
