Of course I remembered the presidents' birthdays while I was in Southern California; they definitely gave me a great excuse to get outta dodge. I took full advantage my extra day, skipping Friday as well just to make it an extra long weekend:)
It was fun to relax with my sisters, my mum and my girlfriends. We shopped, made delicious food, enjoyed Huntington Gardens and spent quality time together. I even got to help patch up Contessa; she had a bad long boarding accident, there were five nursing students there, she was in good hands:)
I hot tubbed with Brianna and Kristen, had some quality girl time. I've never bought a ticket the day before I flew either; that was a first! But oh-so worth it! It was a weekend I'll never forget.
