I had my feet in the mud. I was throwing gravel rocks into a puddle with TomTom and before I knew it my foot was under several inches of mud. My first reaction was, "I'm an adult. I should be able to avoid getting my feet stuck in the mud. That was stupid." But then on second thought, "Well, the mud doesn't really affect me, other than making my foot a little grungy." So I kept going...threw another piece of gravel into the pond, kept playing. TomTom was so sweet. He was adamant to take my shoe over to another puddle to clean it off, then he used a stick to scrape the mud off. I was so touched, very progressive for a three-year old.
A little mud doesn't hurt anything. It's all in the perspective really.
