There were a few moments today, while positioning bed pans and learning about watery stool, where I had to remind myself that 'yes, I really do want to be a nurse'. Life is stinky sometimes, no matter what profession one practices. I know there will be some stinky/sticky situations in the future, but I'm not worried. There is a purpose to all of this:)
