But camper van life definitely is. Last year we searched high and low and found an ideal project purchase for ourselves: a lovingly used 2016 Mercedes Benz Sprinter van!
It has taken us the better part of the year to get it cleaned up, built out and ready for action but I'm happy to announce that it is done (mostly.... there's always something do update, change, project). However, by and large we are ready for the road.
And good thing because July we're hitting the road. Memorial Day weekend found us with friends in the Alabama Hills, which was really our first trip out in the "completed" van. It was a great practice run for July. We found things we need to change, like our sink drain. Nonetheless, it was a successful weekend out and we are eager to get going north in a few weeks.
Is it July yet?
